See her in a day
Watch her handle a day
A kitchen-remodel owner, first thing to three weeks later: a voice note, an inbox brief when she asks, a lead drafted and held for her approval, and answers in the language she spoke.
What she handles, in your chat
One conversation, from first thing to three weeks later. Voice or text, in your preferred language — Farsi, Spanish, English — and she answers in whichever you used.
- You Voice note — the new client I met this morning. 0:34
- Rumi Main points: kitchen quote by Friday, budget around $18k, and they'd rather text than call. 0:12
- You What's in my inbox?
- Rumi Three need you: the city's permit question, your supplier's invoice, and a new enquiry from the website. The rest can wait.
- You New lead off the website — kitchen remodel, wants a quote.
- Rumi Saved. Friendly follow-up, or straight to the numbers?
- You Friendly. And say we can start next month.
- Rumi Draft's ready. It goes out after you approve it.
- You What did we quote the Ventura job?
- Rumi $14,200, sent March 3rd.
Illustrative conversation
First thing
Send her a voice note — in Farsi, Spanish, English or whichever language you speak. She understands it, answers, and can give you the main points. Her reply comes back as a voice note too.
Between jobs
Ask her what's in your inbox
On requestAsk for a brief and she reads your mail back to you — what needs you, what can wait. Her connection to your mail is read-only: it can read and summarize, and it holds no permission to send or change anything.
A lead lands
A new lead arrives, she writes the follow-up, you read it and say yes, and then it goes out. Nothing reaches a customer before you approve it — that step is enforced in the database, not by a house rule.
Three weeks later
Tell her once — the supplier who is always late, how you like a quote worded, who your regulars are — and she keeps it. No forms, no fields, no setting anything up.
One line per person, billed monthly. Cancel any time.
How it works
- 1
Say hello
Text her or send a voice note, in the app you already use. Nothing to install, no dashboard to learn.
- 2
She learns your day
Your inbox, your calendar, the people you keep mentioning. Read-only by design — she is allowed to read what you connect, not to change it.
- 3
Ask for anything
A brief of your inbox, the main points of a voice note, a follow-up drafted in your own words. Say it plainly, in whichever language you speak.
- 4
You stay in control
Business follow-ups and CRM entries wait for your approval before they go anywhere. That step is enforced in the database.
What she's allowed to do
Read-only email. Her connection to your mail can read and summarize — it has no permission to send, delete, or change anything. That is enforced by how she is allowed to connect, not by a promise.
Human-approved writes. Follow-ups to customers and entries in your lead records wait for your yes. The approval step is enforced in the database, not by policy.
Private by default. Access is whitelisted — she answers the people you have added, and nobody else. There is no public number to text.
Or we run it for you
Rumi is the assistant you keep in your own chat, set up and run by you. If you would rather hand the work over, our own team will run it instead: five roles, each one trained on your business and managed by us. Every one of them starts with a conversation about what it needs to cover.
- AI Receptionist
- AI Executive Assistant
- AI Social Media Manager
- AI Office Manager
- AI Chief of Staff

The people behind her
Rumi is built by a small team in Los Angeles — three founders, all of them Farsi speakers. The same humans answer every message you send us, so the first reply you get is from someone who works on her.
